Privacy

The pilot form: your name, work email, company, role, what you manufacture, and anything you write in the notes field. The “Ask a question” form in the corner of every page: your email, your question and the page you asked it from. Both also record which link brought you here (campaign parameters, referring site and the first page you opened on this site), so I know which outreach is worth repeating.

Submissions are delivered by Formspree, which processes the message and forwards it to me by email. Formspree is the only third party that handles what you send.

Cloudflare Web Analytics, injected at the edge by Cloudflare Pages, records pageviews, referrers, country and device type. It is cookie-less and does not fingerprint or identify individual visitors. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel and no session recording on this site.

The only thing this site stores in your browser is a small record of how you arrived (the campaign parameters if the link had any, the referring site and the first page you opened) kept in local storage so either form can report it if you write to me. It is written on your first visit whether or not you came from a campaign link. Clearing your browser data removes it.

Videos on this site are hosted on YouTube. Until you press play, the page shows a still picture served from this site, and nothing is loaded from YouTube or Google. When you press play, the player loads from YouTube in its privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com); from then on YouTube, which is Google, may store and read information in your browser, and Google's privacy policy applies to what it collects. If your browser runs no scripts, pressing play opens the video on youtube.com instead.

To reply to you and to discuss a pilot. Nothing more. Your details are not sold, rented, shared with anyone, or added to a marketing list, and there is no newsletter to be subscribed to.

Formulations, customer names, production volumes, audit findings and anything else you share in conversation are treated as confidential and are never republished, quoted or used as a reference without your written agreement. I am happy to sign your own NDA before any detailed discussion, and would rather do that than ask you to rely on this paragraph.

This page covers this website only. Data held inside a deployed BatchGlow installation belongs to the manufacturer operating it and is governed by the agreement covering that deployment, not by this page.
